Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and l8988 ("l8988", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at l8988.net. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or accessing any game or feature on the l8988 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

During any pending age or identity verification, l8988 reserves the right to suspend betting and withdrawal functionality on your account. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be forfeited in full, and the account will be permanently closed. l8988 will report any such cases to relevant authorities where legally required to do so.

Account Registration & Verification

Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one (1) active account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Accurate Information

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your l8988 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. l8988 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify l8988 immediately by contacting [email protected]. l8988 reserves the right to temporarily lock any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access or security breach.

KYC Document Verification

l8988 operates a full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification programme. Before processing your first withdrawal — and periodically thereafter — you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents for verification:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence (clear copy of both sides where applicable)
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document displaying your full name and current address, dated within the last 3 months

Deposits & Withdrawals

l8988 supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for the convenience of Bangladesh-based players. All financial transactions on the l8988 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied by l8988 on deposits or withdrawals made in BDT.

Deposit Terms

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–24 hours on business days, operating on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer.
• l8988 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in line with its AML policy.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See the Bonuses & Promotions section below for full details.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts verified as belonging to the registered l8988 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

General Bonus Terms

• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotional offer once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a single promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited.
• l8988 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in active use will be honoured subject to its existing terms.
• Bonuses credited to your account must be played through in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement stated in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

l8988 operates sophisticated monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include (but are not limited to): creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; placing bets on both sides of a market using funds derived from a bonus to neutralise the wagering requirement; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

Where l8988 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account in question without prior notice.

Betting & Casino Game Rules

All sports betting and casino game activity on the l8988 platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to availability of markets and l8988's discretion. l8988 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without explanation.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted in real time and are final once confirmed by the l8988 system. Technical delays between live events and in-play market updates are inherent to live betting; l8988 accepts no liability for bets placed based on information about events that have already occurred.
• In the event that a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified by l8988's settlement rules, bets will be settled in accordance with l8988's standard void and refund policy as published in the sportsbook rules section.
• Errors in odds — including where odds are clearly mispriced due to a technical error — may result in bets being voided at l8988's discretion. l8988 will notify affected players promptly in such cases.

Casino Games

• All casino games available on the l8988 platform are provided by third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and others). Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are determined by the game provider and are embedded within each game.
• All game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. l8988 does not influence game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled in accordance with the game provider's own technical error policy. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a platform-side failure, your wager will be refunded.

• Progressive jackpot games and jackpot prizes are awarded in accordance with the rules set by the game provider. l8988 does not guarantee any minimum jackpot payout.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l8988 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or operating accounts on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity that violates applicable laws
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security of the l8988 platform
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in the Bonuses & Promotions section above
• Placing bets for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements on markets with near-certain outcomes (arbitrage abuse)

l8988 employs real-time fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction that it reasonably suspects may involve prohibited conduct. During any investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily suspended and funds placed on hold pending resolution.

Account Suspension & Closure

l8988 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18
• Engagement in bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting systems
• At the player's own request, including in connection with a self-exclusion request made under the Responsible Gaming Policy

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their l8988 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your account. l8988 will process a closure request within 5 business days of receiving it. Please note that if you have active bonus funds or open bets at the time of the closure request, these will be treated in accordance with the applicable bonus and betting terms.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by l8988 or at the player's request — all access to the platform is terminated. Any verified remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. l8988 is not obligated to pay out funds held in accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l8988's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to their use of the l8988 platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim. l8988 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of a player's use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, or data loss.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal policies of l8988. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through l8988's standard customer support process will be subject to binding arbitration.
